Save the family, then the planet

I’ve had the opportunity to chat with some of the panelists for our upcoming webcast (August 7, click here), and the most common thread has been about how to best reach out to would-be adopters of a green lifestyle. All were mostly in agreement that people will think first about themselves and their families before tackling the larger issue of saving the planet. So messaging should be targeted to how products/services/etc. are making the audiences’ lives better. The world will have to wait a bit.
